Ismael Seáñez-González is a postdoctoral researcher at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL) working in the Center for Neuroprosthetics and Brain Mind Institute. Ismael Seáñez-González obtained his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 2010, and his master’s and doctoral degrees in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University in 2013 and 2016 respectively. He is currently investigating new approaches for restoring function after spinal cord injury using wearable and rehabilitation robotics.
